Let us see about Visual Customization in this section.
Visual Customization:
Visual Customization is used to add style to the email content.
To access the 'Mail Settings' screen, follow the below link:
'Control Centre->Workflow->Emails' icon under the sections/groups.
You will land in the 'Emails' Settings screen.
In the 'Emails' Settings screen, click on the symbol 
against already configured email.
The 'Open Editor' link will be present inside the 'Email Configuration' section.
On clicking the 'Open Editor', you will land on the below screen to edit your email content.
Type your email content in the editor section.
You can change the color of the text, style and font of the text.
You have all the flexibility you have in a HTML editor.
