You will need to be an administrator to add users to cflow.


To add users, login to the cflow application.


From the left menu bar, click on the icon ‘Security Settings’.




Select the ‘Users’ tab page.


Click on the button ‘Add user’.




In the popup screen, add the new user details.


For Role, you can select the Role from the dropdown.


Enter the ‘Password’ as per the ‘Password Policy’ set for your organization.



Select the ‘Supervisor’, ‘Department’, ‘HOD’ AND ‘Default Language’.


Then select the checkbox ‘Is Active’ to indicate that this is an ‘Active User’.


After entering all the details, click on the ‘Save’ button. The new user will be added to your organization.
