You can sign up for cflow with your existing 'Google Account'.
Click on the “Sign Up” link on the Cavintek website.

You will be landing on the screen, to select your 'Time Zone'
After selecting the 'Time Zone' click on the 'Next' button and you will see the below screen.
And this is the landing screen of the cflow application, from where you can start creating your workflows.
Simple isn't it!
