There are 4 types of customization that can be done to the email.


* Visual Customization


* Dynamic Field Value Substitution


* Usage of multiple email id's


* Automatic Replacement of Keywords


To customize the email notifications, login to the cflow application with admin access.


Click on the 'Control Center' icon. Select the workflow from the first column 'Workflows'.


From the second column, select the icon 'Emails' from the section names displayed.




Once you click on the Emails icon, you will land in the 'EMails' settings screen.
